| About JKS Designs JKS Designs was established 8 years ago after I discovered where my artistic flair and passion for creativity lay. Exploring this beautiful artform has given me a great deal of pleasure and personal satisfaction and has enabled me to work from home while still being able to care for my 2 wonderful children. Hopefully this immense satisfaction is visible in the beauty and uniqueness of my designs.
Working from my home studio in Sydney, Australia and selling predominantly via the internet, I have been able to share my jewellery designs with some amazing customers from all corners of the globe. I am incredibly proud to say that my designs have found new homes all over the world in countries including Canada, England, United States, Spain, Northern Ireland, France, New Zealand, Australia and so many many others in-between!
I spend many long hours sourcing the absolute finest *ingredients* to produce a high quality, fine piece of wearable art. Being a purist, I only create with precious metals, gemstones, freshwater pearls, and my absolute favourite medium to work with - handcrafted Artisan Lampwork Glass.
Every delivery of new components is a thrill - so often filled with my latest find of unique silver or the wonderful, miniature pieces of handcratfed lampwork glass art that are so much more amazing in real life! I buy directly from the glass artists themselves, often having special designs custom made, having a particular design in mind, and therefore can guarantee that these are of the utmost quality.
Due to the one of a kind nature of my designs, they usually cannot be duplicated, however I am happy to discuss custom orders and work with you to create a special piece just for you!
